Summary:
The Office Coordinator with GMC Duluth is responsible for providing organization and high customer service, for the Center for Surgical Weight Management, which includes working collaboratively with hospital system departments ,community, surgeon and patients. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the patient's progress from the educational seminar to surgery. It is also the coordinator's responsibility to schedule and participate in the educational seminars, community outreach opportunities and streamline the daily operations of the program. Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of one year front office experience in a medical office setting, preferably bariatrics. MS Office experience is needed. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working independently while performing multiple tasks.
