Act in a senior technical role on assigned business/IT Projects. Coordinate a team of 3 computer systems analysts, apply independent, advanced technical, and procedural knowledge to ensure that projects are developed pursuant to company standards and project requirements as outlined by the project manager. On unusual matters, confer with project managers. Meet with clients on behalf of the project manager to resolve ongoing technical issues. Prepare guidelines of good practices for entry level and mid-level team members to follow on specific assignments. Assist in business development by coordinating with the project manager on sharing of information which will help the project manager pursue leads. Act as a technical resource throughout the Full Life Cycle Development as assigned. Note: The Computer Systems Analyst supervises three (3) Computer Systems Analysts.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus 60 months experience in Software Engineering or Development required. Must be experienced in BI Publisher, PS Query, PeopleTools, PeopleSoft, SQR, and Application Engine. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. is required.
