The Computer Systems Analyst acts in a senior technical role on assigned business/IT Projects. Coordinates a team of 3 computer programmers, applies independent, advanced technical, and procedural knowledge to ensure that projects are developed pursuant to company standards and project requirements as outlined by the project manager. On unusual matters, confers with project managers. Meets with clients on behalf of the project manager to resolve ongoing technical issues. Prepares guidelines of good practices for entry level and mid-level team members to follow on specific assignments. Assists in business development by coordinating with the project manager on sharing of information which will help the project manager pursue leads. Acts as a technical resource throughout the Full Life Cycle Development as assigned. Note: The Computer Systems Analyst supervises 1 (one) PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist and 2 (two) PeopleSoft Developers.
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering plus 12 months experience in Software Engineering or Development. Must be experienced in Peoplesoft, IBM Cognos, nVision, Peoplesoft Financials and Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Access, and MicroStrategy Analytics. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
