QMatic Corporation seeks a Senior Application Developer for its Duluth, GA office.
Duties: Responsible for software design, implementation, review, documentation and maintenance of server based web applications. Provide guidance and assistance to other team members across a broad range of project areas including: user interface, SQL, .NET, XML database, Java, modularization and distributed processing. Design, development, testing and maintenance of software solutions used by the company. Function as a technical project leader for in-house or outsourced development projects. Take full ownership of assigned tasks ensuring a timely delivery within a structured quality environment and within budget. Develop test data and run tests to determine the accuracy of program logic to produce desired results. Debug and revises program based on test results. Convert user requirements into effective and efficient system solutions.
Requirements: Requires five years of experience in the position offered or related position. Experience must include experience with the following: at least three years developing J2EE and/or .NET enterprise software; Object Oriented Application Design and Programming in a developer/architect role; client side development (ASP.NET) and Web frameworks; relational database concepts; large-scale web application architecture; general software development lifecycle methodology; .NET security; Enterprise single sign on; Windows and Linux environments; web-based frameworks; enterprise messaging; mainstream databases such as MS SQL and Oracle; clustering; Failover/Redundancy; JSP, JAVA, XML, JSON, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Groovy, Widgets and Web Services (RESTful and SOAP), Report Designers (Crystal Reports, iReport and Pentaho reporting system); Tomcat, Jboss, Glassfish, Microsoft Internet Information Services; Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle 11g, MySQL.
