Senior Counsel
Responsibilities: Will provide legal support to identified business units within the North America region, Oceania and U.S. operational headquarters. Each attorney will work directly with the assigned business management in support of specific transactions and advise on legal issues arising in the course of the company s routine activities. Attorneys may also be assigned to manage or participate in projects and special assignments. Serve as the attorney with primary legal support responsibility for a key business unit. As counsel to this business unit, provide a high level of product support, including highly paced commercial and transactional work help maintain strategic alliances with third parties, and influence senior leadership to assist in driving business decisions. Work directly with business management in support of specific transactions and will advise on legal issues arising in the course of the company s routine activities. On most matters, the Senior Counsel will work autonomously and directly with management on matters and (when necessary) outside counsel. However, the position requires the exercise of appropriate judgment (based on strategic significance, legal subject matter, and business risk) and reporting and consultation with more senior legal management and other legal department colleagues. Negotiate and draft a broad range of agreements including distribution, licensing, acquisition, consulting services, research services, and manufacturing/supply. Keep abreast of applicable laws and regulations that impact the business and provide counseling and training to ensure compliance. Manage or participate in projects and special assignments, serving as key legal support and supervising Counsel in such projects, as appropriate. Manage and supervise one Senior Paralegal who will report to the Senior Counsel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
