We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead/Manager to join our team in the Duluth area. You will lead a small team that manages our infrastructure including all of our networks and systems. You will oversee all upgrades and implementations, and ensure our networks, servers, phone systems, hardware and software are all working to capacity. This is a very hands-on role where we are looking for a well-rounded individual who enjoys wearing many hats and solving business needs. We currently have a seasoned systems Admin and would like to find an engineer with a stronger background in networking.
Requirments:
6-8 years of enterprise IT experience with at least 3 years of lead/management experience.
Strong experience with a wide variety of technologies including:
Hyper-V
SAN
Cisco Routers and switches
MS Exchange Administration
SQL Servers
Experience managing virtual servers
Experience managing vendor relationships
Experience leading and managing infrastructure projects
Bachelor's degree and certifications are preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
