Title: Software Configuration Control Specialist

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Software Configuration Control Specialist for our client in Duluth, GA.
Description:
Responsible for the successful building of software loads on a daily basis and hand-offs to developers and system test laboratories for integration testing.
Ensures that code hand-off meets the minimal acceptance criteria, and proposes and implements procedural improvements to improve software delivery quality.
Also responsible for automating manual tasks and updating existing procedures through Visual Basic and similar scripting languages.
With other members of our project team, responsible for controlling source control databases, maintaining defect tracking database, and documenting project configuration management plans.
Required skills include Visual Basic and C , Installshield, Operating Systems including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, as well as Sybase and HTML.
Requires technical college degree in computer science or related field as well as 2 to 5 years related experience.
Qualifications:
Candidate will know Microsoft Deployment Tools ( MDT 2012 or MDT 2013 ) and SCCM.
A good understanding of the Microsoft ImageX utility, WinPe, and Microsoft Windows 7 are also requirements.
Responsibilities would be a working with other team members to design and build a new system to create WIM images for deployment for customers ATM/AITs and also for use in Duluth QE lab.
