The Business Analyst's primary responsibility is to support the development of Sales Force Automation Tools which includes writing user specifications and overseeing the development process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Identifies key business requirements through various methods including interviews, end user feedback, technical support content, and requirements meetings
Documents business requirements in a suitable format that communicates the specific functionality that will be developed for the project
Researches and analyzes current mobile user Interface and functionality trends
Develops expertise in the tools and techniques required to produce the documentation, training and online help materials
Participates in meetings with functional user areas to define business system requirements and to resolve problems in existing areas
Works with user groups and departments, including Compliance, to obtain input and approval on all materials where appropriate
Creates user specifications and facilitates the production of Sales Force Automation applications (Primerica Online) including software corrections and enhancements
Monitors and tracks field force production and feedback and apprises management of positive and/or negative trends
Creates low to medium user interface system wireframes and works closely with the Design team to ensure final UI is correct based on documented business requirements
Protects the Company's authority to conduct business by complying with applicable legal and ethical standards
Works with System Specialist and Technical Specialist in area to enhance analysis/research skills and to develop skills in system conceptualization, visual prototyping and technical design
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Skills:
Identifies and defines business requirements by quickly understanding business and technical requirements based on the input and opinions from a diverse group of users, peers and managers
Ability to clearly communicate business methods, processes, requirements, and standards to multiple project stakeholders including development, QA, business team, marketing, and legal
Strong written communication skills with ability to creatively design documentation that meets and/or exceeds the end-users expectations and the overall objective of the documentation
Creates and maintains a detailed user specification document
Creates low to medium resolution system UI wireframes based on software requirements
Identifies and defines test scenarios based on business requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Solid organizational skills
Self-starter with track record of delivering quality work under tight deadlines
Strong business and design acumen to understand business requirements and usability
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Ability to work independently with very little direction and/or supervision
Knowledge:
Software development methodologies including traditional and agile approaches
Demonstrated knowledge about key mobile platforms such as iOS and Android
Understanding of client/server and Web-based technologies preferred
Software Experience:
Moderate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
QMF and SQL experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
