Success Criteria
You are a driven, entrepreneurial professional who understands how to successfully manage a team of sales producers. You enjoy setting and achieving personal and professional goals, and share our passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Candidates must have or be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance sales licenses to be eligible to start the program.
Additional Requirements:
Series 6&63 Licenses are required within 180 days of hire
7-10 years of solid outside sales/and or business related experience. Insurance sales experience is always a plus
Previous Small Business ownership experience is desired
A Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
Candidates should have excellent time management skills with a strong self-directed orientation as well as demonstrated leadership skills and a true entrepreneurial spirit

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
