Serve as the attorney with primary legal support responsibility for the Companion Animals business unit. As counsel to the Companion Animals business unit, provide a high level of product support, including final approval of all promotions and advertising; proactively monitor, review and respond to competitors' promotional activities in the marketplace; handle the product launches of new products; serve as legal lead on special committees, help maintain strategic alliances with third parties, and influence senior leadership to assist in driving business decisions. Work directly with business management in support of specific transactions and will advise on legal issues arising in the course of the company's routine activities.
