Product Compliance Administrator

Reporting to the Product Compliance Manager, The Product Compliance Administrator is responsible for processing sales orders by utilizing the tools in place on the Company Share Point, reviews the regulatory requirements and processes the orders in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. This position also requires the ability to research, analyze, and gather information necessary to complete and submit documentation to government agencies relating to product compliance.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for ensuring product is certified for the jurisdiction that it is being provided to and delivered in a manner as required by each jurisdiction.
Review all product releases and submit for the jurisdictions that require certification.
Respond to queries from various jurisdictional regulators.
Work with various departments regarding product compliance requirements.
Compile and complete periodic reports for required jurisdictional reporting.
Provide general administrative support to Compliance Management.
Skills / Requirements
Electronic or computer technology certification or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint and Outlook, to create and revise documents such as application forms, letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, forms, etc., communicate with co-workers, schedule meetings, and maintain data.
Adobe and Visio a plus.
Proofread documents for 100% accuracy.
Communicate with co-workers, representatives of regulatory agencies, and others in both oral and written form.
Prioritize work and function well under deadlines.
Adjust priorities as needed due to changes in business objectives.
Perform basic math functions, such as subtraction, addition, multiplication, and division. Ability to effectively identify errors and omissions in basic mathematical equations.
Research and interpret information such as instructions and procedures for completion of applications and various forms.
Maintain organized files for ease of data retrieval by self and co-workers.
