Position Overview
As a member of the Sales team, the Lead Generation Specialist performs an inside sales function over the phone to generate high quality leads to their outside sales reps. The primary focus is to generate interest and further qualify leads to be passed to Outside Sales Representatives who are responsible for signing up the new customer account, and to increasing revenue through new business lead generation, product penetration, and/or account retention. The Lead Generation Specialist is also responsible for building relationships with customers through providing a superior level of responsive customer service.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); aEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
