Our client is looking for an experienced Atassian Engineer to work out of their Atlanta office or Philadelphia, PA. office, for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Atlassian software - Jira, Confluence etc. ( https://www.atlassian.com/software) - not just working knowledge, but the ability to create, build. manage, extend etc.
Reporting - we need reports on all the various support activities as well as reports on wiki utilization.
Metric tools - we have been asked to step up the implementation of tracking of usage and flow of wiki use patterns and determine what items are most useful.
Support ticket tracking, escalation and resolution - makes sure that
tickets
are distributed appropriately and resolved quickly. Needs great organizational and follow up skills
executive
interaction - role includes interacting with component owners at Comcast , RDK-M execs and key Partners, S3, Intel etc. presence at key meetings occasionally as well as weekly conference calls to provide updates
Customer interactions and communication - this role has historically played a key role in communicating with the RDK licensee
community
in notifying of ticket status or getting clarity on issues.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
