6am to 2pm 16 hours a week 2pm to 10pm 16 hours a week We are looking for professional security patrol officers to protect the premises and assets of our customers.
You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent illegal or inappropriate actions.
The duties are to detect, deter, observe, and report irregular activity.
Job Duties Deter theft by acting as a visible presence of security at the building's entrance.
Control entry into a multi-unit condominium building by reviewing identification of residents and guests.
Monitor activity within the building through the use of CCTV cameras.
Observe premises for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Contact the Police or Fire Department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Provide assistance to the employees and residents of the condominium building in a courteous and professional manner.
Required Skills Ability to operate telephone equipment and have basic understanding of the internet Effective oral and written communication skills Active listening skills Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately Attention to detail Retain information related to our vendor's business in a confidential manner Must have the ability to work independently and make fact-based decisions.
Educational Requirements Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must have or be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing within 60 days of hire.
