Duluth, GA Responsibilities Responsible for posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews Assist with benefits enrollment Review employees' timecards and make sure they are approved by managers in a timely manner Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs All other tasks as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree 3
years of experience in HR Demonstrated knowledge of employment law Outstanding interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in Korean a plus The base salary range for this role is between $26.
