WE ARE HIRING A MARKETING SPECIALIST! Our Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordinating commercial business needs that support Bridge to Life's global marketing efforts including, but not limited to digital/online content, conferences, and local events.
This position engages at multiple levels to support the promotion of emerging Bridge to Life technologies and existing product lines to prospects, clients, and key target audiences.
These audiences include transplant surgeons, administrators, organ procurement professionals and the greater transplant community.
This position will require prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the regulatory environment.
This is a remote hybrid role based in Duluth, GA, where you will be part of a fast-moving and rapidly growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audience through targeted channels and measure success against key metrics.
Coordinate trade show and marketing event engagement.
Engage and support internal communication channels, including CRM development and integration.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Account/Project support:
manage projects from start to finish and track them daily/weekly.
Engage and collaborate with internal and external vendors including graphic and web designers, copywriters, advertising agencies, marketing promotional vendors, and printers to execute production and delivery of marketing collateral, promotional items, and other designated deliverables.
Support budget management, including monthly accruals and forecasting.
Manage and track purchase orders and invoices.
Coordinate the creation of and distribution of shared assets (backdrops, banners, invites, collateral, digital signage, etc.
) for tradeshows and events.
Brand Operations Account/Project management:
support marketing teams through creative projects from start to finish.
Execute regular project status meetings with the marketing teams and keep creative projects moving forward to hit required deadlines.
Review new creative project requests for accuracy and ensure clear direction is provided for the creative design team.
Facilitate the regulatory and legal peer-review process and meeting.
Submit final marketing materials for final approval by legal, regulatory, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate with printer vendors to execute production and delivery of marketing collateral.
Ensure completed creative collateral is archived, trafficked, and distributed as planned.
Ensure up-to-date labeling procedures are followed and maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS TO CRUSH IT IN THIS ROLE Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field; may consider associate degree with commensurate work experience.
2 years of Marketing experience; preferably supporting a commercial sales group.
Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry with an understanding of the regulatory environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
