Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
General Parts counter duties include parts ordering, sales, internal sales, inventory and stocking.
The idea candidate would be organized with friendly personality, have exceptional time management skills, have the ability to successfully communicate with your customers and team, and have a professional appearance.
What are the requirements for this job? A high school diploma.
Two years' experience as a parts specialist at an Automobile Dealership Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Additional experience in an automotive parts department Excellent communication and organizational skills Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
