The Chiropractic Assistant's duties include keeping the Chiropractic office running smoothly throughout the business day.
Includes registering arriving patients.
Escorting patients to exam rooms and preparing them for therapies.
Checking out departing patients.
Managing patients' electronic files.
Checking in and out Chiropractic equipment and supplies.
Maintaining billing and coding, and answering phones.
Assisting patients in completing documentation.
Managing doctors and therapists calendars Selling, packaging and mailing products/apparel Other duties include the following:
Verifying insurance, sorting mail, laundering towels/massage sheets, light cleaning and gowns used in the office, maintaining other inventories, handle Doctor scheduling, front Desk Collections, marketing/Weekend venues.
Qualifications:
Day, Early evening and Saturday availability is a MUST.
Previous experience in a healthcare facility or other related fields.
Must be available most Saturdays.
Strong organizational skills.
50 minimum words-per-minute typing speed.
Basic office skills:
answering phones, fax/scanner.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, online databases, and social media outlets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation.
Punctuality is a MUST.
Bilingual in (English/Spanish) is a plus Job Type:
