AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team.
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial review, analysis, and support to the North America Marketing, IT, Facilities, and Corporate IT organizations.
This position will also identify and implement process improvements to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency within these organizations.
Your Impact Coordinate major quarterly forecasts and the annual budget process for the organizations supported; prepare, coordinate and consolidate Capital Expenditure reporting for the North America Region Prepare financial reporting package for the monthly review with North America Finance and IT Management and prepare explanations for significant variances to Forecast and Budget on a monthly basis Prepare and record journal entries, including accruals, for month end closing Coordinate and monitor the allocation of IT services and support costs to the functions and sites Provide meaningful analysis and support for projects, ad hoc requests, and other duties as assigned Identify and implement process improvements Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred 4
years' Accounting or Finance experience within a large company supporting a commercial area Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills Experience with SAP systems 3
