As the Advisory Software Engineer, you will work with the development, product, and quality assurance teams, providing technical guidance to development team members to drive the development cycle forward and create deliverables rendered into production ready, elegant software solutions.
What You'll Be Doing Research and champion new technologies that are business appropriate to increase productivity, lower development complexity and improve application performance.
Design and implement new functionality and enhancements to the software product.
Provide technical guidance to project team throughout the development phase as needed.
Identify complex problems in software applications and develop innovative solutions to lower complexity and improve application performance.
Conduct weekly meetings with the team to track project status and progress.
Work with Developers, Engineers, and Management to drive platform modernization initiatives.
Be a advocate for excellent engineering practices, including methodologies like TDD, pair programming, etc.
Construct and maintain technical documents.
What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a combination of education, experience, and training 5 or more years of Software Development experience.
NET Web application development, including ASP.
NET, MVC JS, Typescript, CSS or other related languages, preferred.
Exposure to.
NET Core is a plus 5 or more years of experience with SQL server-based applications.
Experience in SCRUM and agile methodologies Deep awareness of other web and object-oriented technologies (PHP, Java, JavaScript, etc.
) Exposure to cloud applications architecture such as microservices and REST API.
Understanding of modern application deployment models including CI/CD, Docker, code pipelines, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
