AGCOs Customer Support team has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Aftersales Training Business Development Manager to join its team in delivering extraordinary results across our dealer network! In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting the continued growth and success with strategic educational partners like Parkland College, Universal Technical Institute, and the AGCO Advantage program.
This role will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation of a formalized Apprenticeship program which is an important element of creating AGCO's Talent Pipeline.
The role will also look to expand this scheme into other areas of the business/markets and enable AGCO to support our dealers with future talent recruitment and retention.
This role will require planning and execution of strategic marketing events with organizations like FFA, 4-H, and Skills USA.
Travel requirements:
60% What you will do:

Proactively guide all strategic training partners for the delivery of AGCO technical training curriculum and implementation of apprenticeship program
Conduct periodical visits to NA dealers and training partners in order to support them with recruitment and management of apprentices.

Coordinate and administer AGCO supplied training resources at each training partner (curriculum, training aides, equipment)
Coordination of marketing efforts for all training partners and apprenticeship program in conjunction with other AGCO marketing departments
Conduct annual reviews with training partners, establish benchmarks and best practices.

Liase and represent AGCO with industry and educational bodies (accreditation/curriculum development and affiliation)
Engage with Global Aftersales Training Teams on specific projects as needed What you will bring:

Bachelors Degree in:
Agriculture, Education and Teaching, Instructional Design, Business Administration
5
years industry experience including but not limited to:
working at an Ag Equipment Dealership, Diesel Tech Vocational Education, Ag Education or FFA Advisor, HR/Recruiting)
Experience operating a computer and proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Strong communication and presentation skills A plus if you have:

General knowledge of Ag industry, farm machinery, and vocational/trade school offerings
Project Management experience Physical Requirements:

Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to climb into machinery, etc.

Occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 25 pounds for various needs.

Occasionally move inside and outside the office to access training resources and meet with business partners.
