Coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include communication and writing, layout management, media and public relations, special events management, advertising, creating brand awareness and managing corporate identity.
Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
Support and promote company goals, initiatives, and objectives as well as sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate production of a wide range of marketing communications (website, white papers, business collateral, direct response email and direct mail campaigns).
Coordinate the production or implementation of marketing materials internally and working with outside agency when needed.
Execute a wide variety of projects that include direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
Conduct outbound callsin response to email campaigns and industry events Assist in developing standard presentations, sales scripts, and proposals.
Write drafts of content for white paper, website, articles and marketing collateral, press releases based on internal interviews and provided outlines.
Coordinate marketing activities related to company sponsored promotions and events including virtual events, webinars, tradeshows, seminars, in-house seminars and training events.
Collect and develop content for company website, media outlets, social media, blogs and work with web agency to deliver and publish content.
Execute advertisement and marketing campaigns and analyze results.
Track and report on Internet marketing initiatives.
Interact with customers to develop case studies, references, and testimonials.
Support sales team with business development activities including market research, identification and analysis of potential leads.
Research support using Seamless.
ai and other web-based resources.
Analyze marketing reports and statistics determining market trends and provide expert advice in the strategy process.
