C Developer

A client of Insight Global is searching for a full time Sr Developer to join their team based out of Duluth (Atlanta area).
This client is focused on developing security for firmware and this person will be part of a larger team that supports the customer directly.
A typical day will be connecting with customer, finding bugs and then fixing bugs, push bug through review process, an approve and check the quality of the software written to make sure code meets guidelines.
This person with GIT to save, check, and merge code in.
Code will primarily be written in C and candidate will be focused on firmware security, encryption, microcontrollers.
This person will need to have strong collaboration skills and be comfortable interfacing with team and customer.
They are working in an agile environment in 2 weeks sprints.
Win32 API development experience Any experience working with C# or C+
Knowledge Azure CI/CD and/or Devops (AWS would also suffice) Strong knowledge of firmware security -- encryption of data (AES encryption), Cerberus, encrypt the code, Root of Trust, cryptography.
Strong firmware/embedded/microcontroller programming experience using C and python Low level development experience with knowledge on cortex and experience with microcontroller programming Strong communication skills and ability to interface with customer.
Working experience with Must have GIT to save code and check code in and check out, merge code Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Amazon Web Services C Sharp (Programming Language) C+

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
