Job Description:
We are seeking a Car Detailing Specialist who is familiar with various car cleaning techniques, such as waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and fabric cleaning methods.
While we prefer candidates with detailing experience or those who have completed an auto detailing training program, we are more than willing to train the right individual who demonstrates motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge and execution of various car cleaning techniques.
Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of the business.
Working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and striving for consistent excellence.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Spotting imperfections and maintaining keen attention to detail.
Following processes and procedures meticulously.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards work.
Exhibiting strong work ethic and team spirit.
Pay &
Benefits:
Full-time:
Starting at $15/hour, plus bonus and incentive opportunities.
Part-time/limited availability:
$13 per hour, plus bonus and incentive opportunities.
Weekly commissions.
Free car washes.
Referral bonus.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.

Year Auto Detailing Experience Excellent customer service skills & ability to resolve customer concerns.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to company morale.
Ability to pass a drug screen and comprehensive background check.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift objects weighing 25-50 pounds.
Collaborate with the team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time without resting (up to 8 hours).
Capacity to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
