There are multiple stages to this transition process, and we are in need of assistance in the final stages before accounts are turned live on the new platform.
The candidate will be responsible for following procedures where data is checked in multiple places for accuracy and updating where needed.
Candidate will need to communicate with the transition team where (if any) changes or challenges are met.
A strong eye for detail is a must as you will be handling multiple sets of data across multiple systems.
There is a firm deadline for the project so speed and accuracy are a must so we stay within project estimates.
There will be heavy utilization of spreadsheets, so a good understanding of Microsoft Excel is a must as is the basic use of a web browser to cross check data.
Microsoft Teams will be the primary communication tool.
Chat and Video calls will be part of the daily routine with select members of the team.
The position is available for our in - office Duluth location.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
Candidate will report directly to the project manager on a daily basis for progress reports and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
General Computer literacy Microsoft Excel Microsoft Teams Very detail oriented Simple Math/Finance Strong communication (verbal and written) Follow directions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
