Job Summary Personal Injury Lawyers provide legal advice and representation to clients who have sustained a physical or psychological injury and financial loss after falling victim to the carelessness or negligence of an individual or organization.

, insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases) Regularly consult with clients, adjusters, and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward to settlement Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement Have litigation experience (including trial experience) for cases that are low-balled during the demand stage Basic Requirements and Qualifications License in good standing to practice law in Georgia Previous trial experience required (2 years) Ability to connect with clients and build trust through meeting commitments Familiarity with various legal documents Successful decision-making skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Teamwork skills Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public Excellent organizational skills Strong client service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivate and professional Detail-oriented and motivated
