Quick Apply Full-time 18 hours ago Full Job Description The Rental, Service, and Warehouse Manager will help to oversee the daily functions of the Allredi Duluth facility by coordinating and managing all functions related to the tracking, dispatching and invoicing of service technicians for both customer and Marco based service jobs, as well as spearheading the timely dispatch of Marco's Rental Fleet by completing daily tracking and documentation.
In addition, the role will provide direction for all inbound receiving, customer order picking, delivery, outbound shipping, inventory control activities, and property maintenance in our Duluth facility that ensures the safety of team members while minimizing downtime, eliminating waste, and increasing productivity.
Generate service proposals and repair quotes for customers, while communicating service needs to clients.
Track all service jobs and bill accordingly upon their completion.
Track rental inventory, perform monthly rental inventory audits and provide monthly corrections and reports to management.
Manage service and rental contracts and activity, including overseeing rental fleet and service technician utilization.
Coordinates the prompt fulfillment of all customer orders ensuring on-time delivery and order accuracy.
Provides for the inspection of incoming material against orders and specifications for correctness and for defects.
Arranges for the return of defective or customer-returned material.
Coordinates daily cycle counting and other inventory management activities.
Plans and coordinates the transfer of materials to and from other Allredi locations.
Ensure all processes and procedures are being trained and followed including all aspects of risk management for rentals, service, and shop work.
Create a welcoming workplace fostering positive team member experiences by providing feedback and ensuring all team members are treated fairly and with respect.
Use operational, safety, quality, cycle time, financial, and other key metrics to analyze performance and identify process variations or exceptions resulting in lower-than-expected performance and make recommendations to leadership that will improve efficiency.

Typical Monday-Friday office schedule, with some night and weekend work as required for customer projects.
Some travel to customer sites may also be required.
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in logistics, transportation, rental, operations, or warehousing preferred but not required.
Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience and the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
Ability to supervise and train assigned staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Must possess excellent customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
Knowledge of inventory management practices.
Skill in the use of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Must be mechanically inclined to do assembly work, equipment setup, and troubleshooting and repair.
Physical Environment and Requirements:
Ability to lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 lbs.
