This includes creating new and changing customer master data within the ERP and legacy systems for the entire organization.
The position ensures that data is entered accurately and efficiently, conforms to company policies, and that appropriate approvals are obtained.

Responsibilities:
Work with the CRM system (salesforce.
com) and document processes.
Identify areas for improvement and automation.
Enhancing Customer back-end servicing experiences.
Sets up new bill to/ship to customers in JDE and invoicing data in legacy systems AS400, Radius, Corp 986.
Manage the portal inbox, Salesforce inbox, and customer setup.
Maintain the customer information within the framework of the policy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited university Minimum of 3 of years of relevant experience.
Experience in a manufacturing organization preferred.
Must be proficient in JDE, Radius, Kiwi, Salesforce, AS400, or SOM Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products We are an equal opportunity employer.
