Job Description:
Answer phone calls from retail and wholesale customers Orders parts online or by phone from various parts stores and dealerships Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
Follows up on back-ordered parts Resolve issues with customers Qualified candidates must have:
Organizational skills along with a strong work ethic.
Strong ADP/CDK Parts Computer proficiency is also extremely helpful.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude! Valid Driver's license Willingness to lead by example Exceptional Customer/Team handling/service skills Ability to work every other Saturday Job Type:
