Summary:
The Litigation Paralegal works directly with our personal Injury attorneys in a fast-paced office environment.
They will assist the attorneys in developing personal injury cases for settlement and litigation.
The position entails extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and defense counsel and their staff.
Must be able to gather, analyze and research information and documents and manage a high-volume caseload.

Manage client relationships and work with experts Help attorneys prepare cases for hearings Prepare for, and attend, depositions Maintain and organize files Manage discovery:
prepare and organize discovery and responses to discovery demands Research laws and judicial decisions about current as well as past cases Assist lawyers in the courtroom Basic data entry and update case management system Enter billable and non-billable time in the case management system Other duties as assignedBasic requirements and
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
This is a must.

years of paralegal experience High School Diploma or GED Notary preferred Proficient with the Firm software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Dropbox, Filevine, Lead Docket, Vine Sign Familiar with the court system, litigation documents, procedures, and protocols, and the law specific to the firm's specialty High-level organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
