CNC PROGRAMMER
Experienced CNC Programmer for medium sized custom precision machining. Applicant must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a CNC Programmer. Education and proven competence in precision machining may be substituted for experience.
Extensive CNC mill and lathe expertise is essential.
Blue print reading experience.
Experience with Mastercam X5 and CATIA.
Knowledge of mathematics.
It is crucial for the applicant to be detail oriented.
Ability to work on first or second shift.
Good communication skills and work ethic are necessary.
Must organize and schedule work to established systems.
Must assist machine operators and setup personnel.
Requiring timely completion of work to meet customer demands.
Qualified candidates must possess a work history of progressively increasing skill level and must be extremely dependable.

We are very specific in the requirements of extensive experience with MasterCam, processing of workflow to optimize production methods, hand-on set-up experience for CNC mills (Mazak), and managerial ability. Must be experienced machinist/programmer who can go from blueprint to finished product and meet time and quality constraints. Communication and leadership skills are mandatory. We want a programmer that can supervise the mill department, schedule workflow, manage personnel, train subordinates, assist with setups, and assimilate into becoming a key part of the manufacturing management team
